Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Anyone with a verified CCTRX account can apply to the affiliate programme from inside the application. Acceptance is at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time for breach of these terms, our brand guidelines, or applicable advertising law.

Affiliates earn a revenue share on the net fees generated by referred users for a defined attribution window from first deposit. "Net fees" means fees actually collected by CCTRX less refunds, chargebacks, fraud losses, and scheme costs.

Commission rates and attribution windows are displayed in the affiliate dashboard and may be updated with prior notice.

Commissions are paid in USDT to your CCTRX wallet on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold, completion of any required tax forms, and successful fraud review.

Affiliates must not: self-refer or incentivise self-referrals; bid on CCTRX brand keywords in paid search or run misleading "CCTRX login / official" ads; promote CCTRX on adult, gambling, scam, hate, piracy, or illegal websites; send unsolicited bulk email, SMS or DMs; make misleading claims about cashback rates, KYC requirements, fees, supported jurisdictions, regulatory status, or guaranteed earnings; use trademarks, copyrighted material, or screenshots of other brands without rights; or buy fake traffic, clicks, or installs.

Use of the CCTRX name, logo, screenshots, and marketing materials is limited to the assets we provide in the affiliate dashboard and to the usage rules published with them. You may not modify the logo, register domain names containing "CCTRX" or any confusingly similar term, or apply for trademarks containing our marks.

You must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in every promotion in a way that complies with FTC, ASA, EU, and any other applicable advertising rules — for example with "#ad" or "Affiliate link" in close proximity to the link. You must not represent yourself as an employee or official representative of CCTRX.

We may suspend or terminate an affiliate account, withhold pending commissions, and claw back previously paid commissions if we identify fraud, refunds, chargebacks, fake traffic, brand-bidding, misleading claims, or any other violation of these terms or of applicable law.

On termination, no further commissions accrue and any outstanding balance below the minimum payout threshold is forfeited.

Affiliates participate at their own risk. CCTRX's liability under the programme is limited to commissions correctly accrued and unpaid. Affiliates indemnify CCTRX against any claim arising from their promotional activity, content, or breach of these terms.
