Cookie policy
What cookies and similar technologies CCTRX uses, and how you can control them.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device, remember preferences, and measure performance. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and SDKs in mobile apps; references to "cookies" in this policy include those technologies.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary: authentication, session, CSRF protection, load-balancing, and fraud prevention. These cannot be disabled without breaking the Service.
Functional: language, region, theme, and remembered-device preferences. These improve your experience but the Service will still work without them.
Analytics: privacy-respecting page-view and performance data (e.g. anonymised aggregates) so we can understand which features are used and improve the product.
Marketing / measurement: where you have given consent (or where legally permitted), conversion pixels from our advertising partners (for example a Meta Pixel that fires on completed sign-up). These do not contain financial data and you can opt out at any time.
We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies inside the authenticated application.
3. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you delete or block cookies through their settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to CCTRX.
Where required by law, we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies on first visit through our in-app banner; you can change your preferences at any time from the privacy settings page.
4. Updates
We update this list when we add or remove cookies. The "Last update" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Questions: privacy@cctrx.com.
