Terms of service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", the "user") and CCTRX Labs ("CCTRX", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, requesting a card, initiating a deposit, or otherwise using cctrx.com or any service operated by CCTRX (collectively the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our AML / CTF Policy, our Restrictions, our Cookie Policy and any product-specific terms presented in the application.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

You may use the Service only if you: (a) are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (b) reside in a jurisdiction where CCTRX is available (see Restrictions); (c) are not on any sanctions, terrorism, or politically exposed person watchlist that we are required to screen against; (d) have completed our identity verification and any enhanced due diligence we request; and (e) are using the Service for lawful purposes and on your own behalf.

Corporate users represent that they are duly incorporated, in good standing, and that the individual accepting these Terms is authorised to bind the entity.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password, two-factor authentication device, and recovery codes. Any activity carried out using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you.

You must notify support@cctrx.com immediately of any unauthorised access, suspected breach, or loss of credentials. CCTRX is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to comply with this clause.

CCTRX provides each verified user with a TRON (TRC-20) deposit address. Deposits sent to this address are credited to your account balance once the network has confirmed the transaction and our risk and blockchain-analytics checks have completed.

The minimum deposit is USD 10 in USDT or TRX. Deposits below the minimum may not be credited and may not be recoverable. Sending tokens other than USDT (TRC-20) or TRX, or sending from a network other than TRON, may result in permanent loss of funds for which CCTRX accepts no responsibility.

Balances are denominated in USDT. CCTRX does not pay interest on balances and balances do not constitute a deposit or e-money claim in the regulatory sense in your jurisdiction unless expressly stated.

CCTRX virtual cards are issued by our licensed issuing partners under the Visa and Mastercard schemes. Cards are intended for online and contactless purchases at merchants that accept the relevant scheme. CCTRX does not guarantee that any particular merchant, merchant-category code, or geography will accept your card, and is not responsible for merchant declines.

An issuance fee may be debited from your wallet at the time of card creation, and a top-up fee may apply each time you load a card. Per-card and per-account spending, velocity, and lifetime limits apply, are displayed in the application, and may be updated from time to time for risk, regulatory or scheme reasons.

You authorise CCTRX to deduct from your wallet the full amount of any authorisation, settlement, refund reversal, chargeback, scheme fee, FX cost, or fine arising from your card activity.

Our current fee schedule is available inside the application and forms part of these Terms. Fees may include card issuance, monthly subscription, top-up, FX conversion, ATM (if enabled), and chargeback or investigation fees.

Where a transaction is made in a currency other than USD, the scheme's daily FX rate plus our FX margin (disclosed in the fee schedule) applies.

Cashback is paid in USDT, calculated on net eligible spend, capped at the monthly cap set out in your subscription tier, and subject to anti-abuse rules. Transactions that are reversed, refunded, identified as self-purchases, performed at restricted MCCs, or otherwise determined to be abusive will have any related cashback clawed back. CCTRX may withhold cashback pending investigation.

Refunds initiated by a merchant are credited to your wallet once received from the scheme; settlement times are determined by the merchant and scheme and are typically 5 to 30 days. CCTRX cannot guarantee the return of funds where the merchant has not initiated a refund.

Chargebacks are subject to scheme rules. We may require documentary evidence and reserve the right to debit your wallet for chargebacks ultimately decided in the merchant's favour, together with any associated scheme fees.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any activity listed in our Restrictions; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure; (c) use bots, automated agents, or APIs other than those we expressly publish; (d) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; (e) introduce malware, denial-of-service traffic, or any other harmful code; or (f) use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair CCTRX, its partners, or other users.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail or refuse KYC, fail enhanced due diligence, or if continued service would expose CCTRX, its partners, or other users to legal, regulatory, financial or reputational risk.

Where lawful, remaining wallet funds will be returned to a verified TRON address you control after deduction of fees, chargebacks, fines, and any amount we are legally required to withhold. CCTRX may retain personal data after termination as set out in the Privacy Policy.

You may close your account at any time from the application, subject to settling any negative balance and clearance of pending transactions.

CCTRX, CCTRX Labs, the CCTRX logo, and all related marks, the Service, its software, content, designs, and documentation are owned by or licensed to CCTRX Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any of the foregoing except as strictly necessary to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCTRX disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

CCTRX does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Digital assets are volatile; you accept that the value of holdings denominated in or converted from digital assets may fluctuate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCTRX's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. CCTRX is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data.

CCTRX is not liable for losses caused by: blockchain congestion, forks, or reorganisations; smart-contract failures; third-party merchant disputes; scheme decisions; force majeure; or your own loss, disclosure or compromise of credentials.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCTRX Labs, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners against any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (c) your misuse of the Service.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email or in-app notice, except where a shorter period is required by law or scheme rules. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CCTRX Labs is incorporated. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you enjoy under your local law.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact legal@cctrx.com and allow us 30 days to attempt a good-faith resolution.
